According to the Naples Daily News, Stock Development’s Quail West community reported it processed 31 binding and five pending new home and home site contracts worth $58.6 million between January 1 and July 31.
The gated golf course community in North Naples continues to debut new offerings. A collection of completed, soon to be completed, and poised to begin construction furnished models and unfurnished, move in ready residences by Quail West’s Preferred Builders is available and offers the possibility of being in a newly constructed home for the 2016 fall and 2017 winter seasons.
Priced at $2.2 million with furnishings, the Normandy II model will feature an interior by Clive Daniel Home. The open concept floor plan includes four bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths and a study.
