According to the Naples Daily News, Seagate Development Group announced its fully furnished 5,693 square-foot under air Pine Valley estate model residence at Quail West. It will feature a custom designed, landscaped two level pool deck with gathering places, an infinity edge pool, and a fire table island in a pool on the lower deck.
Seagate and Koby Kirwin, owner of Exteriors by Koby Kirwin, have taken full advantage of the Pine Valley’s preserve views to create an enhancing outdoor space that offers a remarkable level of privacy.
The Pine Valley’s preserve setting allowed Kirwin to create the view for the future homeowner. The infinity edge pool serves as his most prominent memory point and extends from the rear of the home to the preserve to create both a sense of serenity and a sense of spaciousness. The pool’s straightforward design and the layout of the deck spaces offer a visually captivating tableau.
To soften the upper deck and create visual variety, Kirwin integrated three to four inches of turf between large panels of natural stone. His cleaner, softer approach puts more emphasis on the form and the shape of the pool area rather than on the individual features of the pool. In addition to providing drainage for the pool deck area, the turf inlays act as visual separators to divide the deck into smaller areas. The Pine Valley will showcase an interior by Freestyle Interiors.
