Neverland Ranch on Market for $100 Million

Uncategorized

The California Ranch, best known as Neverland and previously owned by the late Michael Jackson, is officially going on the market for $100 million. This property is now named “Sycamore Valley Ranch”. The real estate agents who are listing the home stated that the amusement rides are gone, as are the orangutans and elephant. The iconic floral clock, which spells out “Neverland” is still there, as well as the railroad tracks and train station that Michael had built.

The property spans about 2,700 acres and has about 22 structures on it. The Normandy-style main home, which sits between the property’s two lakes, measures at about 12,000 square feet with six bedrooms and a staff quarter. There are two guest homes, one with four bedrooms and another with two bedrooms that are close to the main home. A swimming pool with a cabana, basketball court, tennis court and barbecue area all far under the description of this home as well. A 50-seat movie theater has a private viewing balcony, and a stage includes trap doors for magic shows.

Jackson paid $19.5 million for the home in 1987 and lived there for more than 15 years.

The real estate agents warned that they will be doing “extensive prequalification” of potential buyers before showing the property. They acknowledge Mr. Jackson’s fans and do not want to be giving our tours.
