Ann Levitan, the Broker/Owner of Levitan Realty, moved to Naples in 1992 from New Jersey. She is originally from Texas and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Ann became a licensed stockbroker in 1967 and worked in the investment field both in Texas and also in Chicago, Illinois for fifteen years before moving to New Jersey. Ann started as a Naples Florida Realtor in 1995 and opened her own brokerage company in 1997. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors.

Crystal Tobe has been a full-time Naples, FL resident since 2008. She left behind the cold winters of Minnesota in search of the warm year-round sun in Florida. Crystal obtained her Marketing Degree from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
Since her relocation, she has worked extensively in the luxury market with high-net worth individuals allowing her to learn a great deal about luxury homes, their unique craftsmanship and security. Crystal specializes in the sale of luxury, waterfront homes, new construction, investment, and golf course community properties.
Crystal is also a graduate of The Ritz-Carlton Sales and Negotiation training and strives to surprise and delight her customers with 5-star customer service in every interaction. Most recently she served Florida’s high-net-worth personal lines insurance clients before launching her real estate career. Throughout her career she has honed her advisory, consulting, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Crystal enjoys spending her free time playing golf, traveling, and volunteering. She was a competitive gymnast all through High School and post-college picked up the game of golf, she was born with a competitive spirit and drive for excellence. When she is not trying to improve her golf game, you can find her doing Pilates and cycling. Her work ethic, discipline, and dedication shown in her real estate career come from her athletic background and Midwest roots.
