McGarvey Custom Homes continues to be one of Quail West’s leading builders of custom estate residences. To date, McGarvey has completed eight new estate models and end-user residences at Quail West in 2015.
Nine additional model and end-user estate homes are under construction. The completed 6,076 square-foot furnished Monroe model is open and available for viewing and purchase. The 6,128 square foot Adderley residence is under construction and slate for completion in January 2016. McGarvey broke ground on its 5,141 square foot Mon Paradis estate model this month and expects to complete the residence in June 2016. The luxury homebuilder will start a fourth furnished estate model, the Brigitte, in September.
Quail West offers completed and soon to be completed move-in ready and furnished estate model residences. The community’s custom estate homebuilders includes McGarvey, Stock Signature Homes, Diamond Custom Homes, Fox Bay Homes and Emerald Homes.
