Quail West was named recipient of the Lee Building Industry Association’s (BIA) Pinnacle Award for the 2015 Community of the Year in the 501+ acres category, one of thirteen 2015 Sand Dollar Awards presented by the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA). Four residences in Quail West by Stock Signature Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, and residences by Florida Lifestyle Homes of Fort Myers and McGarvey Custom Homes were presented BIA and CBIA product design awards.

Stock’s Sophia estate model received CBIA’s Sand Dollar Award for Product Design of the Year $3,000,000-$3,499,999. The Sophia model has sold and features an interior by Soco Interiors.
Florida Lifestyle’s Antilles model won a Pinnacle Award for Best Overall Product Design in the $1.5-$2 million category. The Antilles model has sold.
Stock’s Regency Manor model won CBIA’s Product Design of the Year $1,750,000-$1,999,999. The Regency Manor showcases an interior by Cherie Clark Interiors and is priced at $1,799,999.
Recipient of CBIA’s Sand Dollar for Product Design of the Year $1,500,000-$1,749,999 is the Oakdale villa model. The furnished Oakdale is priced at $1,445,011.
