According to Naples Daily News, they state that as the housing market continues to sizzle, the pool of underwater homes in Southwest Florida is drying up, a new report says.
In Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island, the report showed 10,772 homes, or 12.5 percent of all homes with a mortgage, had negative equity in the first quarter, compared with 15,308 homes, or 17.7 percent, a year earlier.
