The furnished Cadera model showcases an interior by Freestyle Interiors’ Arlynn McDaniel and is one of three opportunities for ownership within McGarvey’s La Caille villa neighborhood at Quail West. Uniting the two, counter tops showcase a quartz material featuring the gray striations of Carrera marble.

A fireplace in the corner of the covered lanai is adorned with floor to ceiling slate tile.
