Seagate Development Group LLC announced its fully-furnished Oakmont estate model is now under construction at Quail West.
The Oakmont features a transitional architectural design by RG Designs. The design includes a captivating circular approach and a covered porch with columns leading to an interior entry sequence encased in floor-to-ceiling glass. The Oakmont’s open 5,524-square-foot under air floor plan will convey the grandeur associated with refined estate living. The plan includes an additional 2,931 square feet of outdoor spaces under roof. Large windows throughout the home’s living areas will create light filled ambiance and provide captivating views of a stunning infinity edge pool and spa surrounded by a deck finished with a low maintenance, weather resistant composite material that will be cantilevered over the pool.
Pricing for the furnished Oakmont model will be determined as construction progresses.
