After processing 64 binding and pending sales contracts worth $92.956 million through the second quarter of this year, Quail West announced that just nine opportunities remain available in the North Naples community’s Escala neighborhood.
Escala presents five, three- and four-bedroom single-family villa floor plans ranging from 2,822 to 3,386 square feet by Stock Signature Homes priced starting in the $900s. Each of Escala’s 39 luxury villa home sites showcases Quail West’s heralded views. Remaining opportunities for ownership in this neighborhood includes a completed furnished villa model, three unfurnished, move-in ready residences under construction and five home sites.
The completed Oakdale furnished villa model is priced at $1,545,011. The Oakdale’s floor plan is 5,044 total square feet. The plan includes four bedrooms, four baths, a study, formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet island kitchen, a family room, a screen covered lanai and a three car garage. A morning room is off the kitchen and overlooks the lanai.
An unfurnished Marlow villa is scheduled for completion in Escala in late October and is priced at $1,293,155. Socco Interiors are bringing a transitional coastal style to the unfurnished, 3,239 square foot under air Marlowe. The great room floor plan features a courtyard entry, a formal dining room and island kitchen, a study, four bedrooms, four and a half baths and an outdoor living area with a fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa.
Two unfurnished Joliette villas are under construction in Escala, one of which is scheduled for completion in early November priced at $1,230,395, and the other is scheduled for completion in early January. The Joliette floor plan includes 4,698 total square feet. The great room plan features a formal dining room, an island kitchen, a study, four bedrooms, four baths, a screen covered lanai and a three car garage. The great room, master bedroom and a morning room off the kitchen open to the screened-covered lanai.
The Joliette residences, now under construction, will feature outdoor living areas with an optional summer kitchen and vent less gas fireplace. In addition to the study, the plan includes a computer and craft center.
