Quail West announced that just five opportunities remain available to enjoy the luxurious villa lifestyle in the La Caille neighborhood. Villa floor plans, ranging from 2,702 to 3,612 square feet, are based priced in the $900s. The remaining opportunities include one completed furnished model, a furnished model under construction slated for completion in January, two new models that are set to begin construction, and one buildable home site.
A completed Avarone furnished villa model offers 3,249 square feet with three bedrooms, a study, three-and-a-half baths, a two-and-a-half car garage and an outdoor living area. This model is priced at $1.455 million and features an interior by Chrissy Howard and Minka McDonald. Construction of a second Avarone model will begin in August. The new model will feature an interior design by Robb & Stucky’s Cherie Baer. McGarvey’s Cadera model in La Caille is under construction scheduled for completion in January. The Cadera model will showcase an interior design by Arlynn McDaniel of Bonita Springs. McGarvey will begin construction of its 3,100-square-foot under air Gallina villa model in September.
