According to Stock Development, they reported 17 binding and pending sales contracts worth $30,651,483 were processed at Quail West during the third quarter. Through the end of the third quarter, year-to-date sales at this community totaled 75 binding and pending sales worth $114,341,234. The sales activity through the end of third quarter continued the momentum established at Quail West over the past three years.
The extraordinary 2015 year-to-date sales total marked the third consecutive year at 1,180 acre gated golf course community has surpassed $100 million in sales. Quail West has already exceeded its total sales volume in 2014. Eighty-one builder lot and home and lot package binding sales contracts worth $105,399,296 were processed at during 2014.
Since purchasing 234 home sites in Quail West in 2012, Stock Development has executed an aggressive approach to creating a readily available selection of furnished model and unfurnished move-in ready residences.
Four completed furnished models by Stock Signature Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, are available for purchase and occupancy at Quail West. Five new models and eight unfurnished, move-in ready homes by Stock are under construction and expected to be completed by January. Completed furnished models by Stock Signature Homes include its Casa Katrina and Mariposa estate residences, the Regency Manor in Quail West’s Tamworth neighborhood and the Oakdale villa in the Escala neighborhood.
Additional completed and soon-to-be completed furnished models and move-in ready homes by Preferred Builders McGarvey Custom Homes, Diamond Custom Homes, Seagate Development Group LLC, Fox Custom Builders, Emerald Homes and Castle Harbour Homes are also available for purchase.
