Stock Development reported 64 binding and pending sales contracts worth $92,956,000 were processed at Quail West between January 1 and June 30 of this year. The sales activity through the second quarter continued the sales momentum established at the 1,180-acre community in North Naples over the past two years. Home and lot package binding sales contracts worth over $100 million were processed at Quail West during both 2013 and 2014.
Six completed furnished models by Stock Signature Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, are available for purchase at Quail West. Six new models by Stock are under construction and five are poised to start this summer. Nine move-in ready homes are also under construction.
