After four sales in the past month, one completed and two soon to be completed unfurnished, move-in ready residences remain available in Escala, an enclave of villa homes designed and built by Stock Signature Homes. Three opportunities also remain available in McGarvey Custom Homes’ La Caille villa neighborhood. This includes a completed, furnished model and two new models that are in design. Both Escala and La Caille showcase Quail West’s legendary golf course and water views.
