According to a new survey from the National Association of Home Builders, the top 10 features in new homes has changed in the last year.
Features that builders will most likely include in 2015 are:
-Walk in closet in master bedroom
-Laundry Room
-Low E windows
-Guest room
-Energy star rated appliances
-9 foot ceilings or more on first floor
-Energy star rated windows
-Programmable thermostat
-Two car garage
-Granite countertop in kitchen
