Seagate Development Group LLC announced pricing for its furnished models now under construction at Windward Isle and at Quail West.
Windward Isle is a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples being developed through a partnership of Seagate and Sourthborough, Massachusetts-based Capital Group Properties LLC.
Two Windward Isle floor plans by Weber Design Group and one by RG Designs offer more than 3,000 square feet of living space under air and are priced starting over $1 million.
The 3,065 square foot under air single story Abacos floor plan offers a combination of elegance and livability. The open concept great room place includes a wet bar, gourmet island kitchen, a dining area, a study, three bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath, a 536 square foot outdoor living area and a three-car garage. The Abacos floor plan is base priced at $1.21 million.
The 4,079 square foot under air, two story Grenada floor plan at Windward Isle is base priced at $1.475 million. The open concept plan includes a great room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, the master suite and a guest suite on the first floor. There are two upstairs bedrooms and a game room. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The Grenada plan also features four full baths, one half-bath, a three-car garage and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and a swimming pool.
Seagate is accepting reservations and sales contracts for residences within the Windward Isle.
