Ann Levitan

Ann Levitan, the Broker/Owner of Levitan Realty, moved to Naples in 1992 from New Jersey. She is originally from Texas and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Ann became a licensed stockbroker in 1967 and worked in the investment field both in Texas and also in Chicago, Illinois for fifteen years before moving to New Jersey. Ann started as a Naples Florida Realtor in 1995 and opened her own brokerage company in 1997. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors.

Lisa Temple

Lisa is a multi-million dollar producer with a team of knowledgeable agents who will make you their number one priority! Lisa’s knowledge of the current area, schools, neighborhoods, flood elevation requirements, tax structures, and communities allow her to guide all clients to the best area that fits their needs. Lisa’s professional yet enthusiastic and contagious spirit make buying or selling a home an amazingly positive experience. Both buyers and sellers know they can rely on her to handle all real estate transactions with confidence and the best of care.

Giving back to the community is important to Lisa, who is involved with a number of local organizations. In her free time Lisa enjoys running on the beach, golfing or spending quality time with family and friends. Lisa chose to leave her successful Finance career, to pursue her Real Estate career. When asked why, Lisa says, “I love real estate, I should have done it 25 years ago”. Lisa has a true 50/50 balance of brilliance with pure passion for real estate. She is always on the job and in the know earning her the reputation for finding out first and reacting before others.

Professional Background: Lisa attended Pace University where she majored in Accounting and Finance. Lisa worked for several Fortune 50 companies where she ran several financial teams, Lisa has a BBA with a major in accounting and is currently a CPA in both New York and New Jersey. Previous employment includes KPMG (Public Accounting), Bristol-Meyers Squibb (Director of Finance) and Honeywell International (Controller of IT). Her senior financial positions, combined with her consulting experience, have provided Lisa with strong organizational skills, a focus on customer commitment and a hunger for success.
