A clubhouse defines the social ambiance of any great country club and The Club at Mediterra is no exception with its spacious and accommodating design. Members enjoy casual and fine dining prepared by an award-winning staff, friends and neighbors gather to enjoy a sunset on the recently expanded patio, and the professional staff keeps everyone entertained with a regular schedule of unique activities.

At Mediterra’s Beach Club, you can enjoy a private and catered beach experience unlike any other. Just a short drive from the custom home community, the 10,000 sq. ft., two-story Beach Club includes a second-floor pool overlooking the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and casual indoor or outdoor dining.  The friendly staff will manage your every need in the club or on the beach for true beach resort living.

The Beach Club has also become a great location for special events to enjoy with family and friends.

Mediterra’s Sports Club offers seven Har-Tru tennis courts, including the two-court Tennis Colosseum, framed by flowered terraces with brick walls, ornamental landscaping, a pergola, ivy-covered walls and seating for up to 500 spectators. The top-rated tennis program has been recognized by the U.S. Tennis Association for Outstanding Private Facility.

Led by Director of Tennis, Michael Baldwin, Mediterra’s growing tennis program includes a host of educational and conditioning programs, from cardio tennis and daily clinics to league and club championship tournaments for advanced players. “Our programming is fun and comprehensive. It’s OK if you haven’t played in a decade – just dust off that racquet or come by and we’ll loan you one,” Baldwin says.

The tennis program also offers private and group lessons with video analysis to help strengthen and perfect your game, as well as social mixers and junior camps.

Mediterra’s fitness center provides all of the equipment and expertise to stay, or get, toned and healthy. Our professional fitness staff can provide personal consultation and help develop a workout program perfectly suited to the needs of each member. State-of-the-art equipment and about 30 fitness classes per week in season, ranging from aerobics to yoga, Pilates and much more, make it easy to lead a healthy Mediterra lifestyle.

After taking in all the exciting activities that Mediterra has to offer, it’s nice to be able to relax and unwind with a spa experience at the nearby Sports Club. Our professional staff can assist members by making arrangements for whatever spa services are desired. With eight miles of trails and pathways, it’s no surprise that something as simple as taking a walk is a favorite pastime of Mediterra residents.
